CANCELLATION POLICY:
The direction of the hotel, in lack of a credit card or an equal deposit to the amount of the first night, does not guarantee the availability of the rooms. The penalty for "Late cancellation" is equal to the cost of the first night of each reserved room and it is applied for cancellations within 3 days from the arrival date. Same penalty in case of "No-show". The rooms are available from hours 14 of the arrival day and must be freed within hours 11,00 of the departure day. The direction of the hotel reserves the faculty to cancel whichever reservation unconditioned.
